- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Most lenders in today's market are like robots who will take down information and approve or decline you based on whether or not you fit into a box. AFI Financial is a lender which values relationships by not just working for you on the current deal, but also for your future referrals. This is evident by the consistent rock solid delivery of low rates and low costs, as well as the education for candidates on future deals. On those deals that don't fit inside "a pretty little box", they will make every attempt to deliver some kind of immediate or future result based on their reach and/or capacity to educate and prepare you for a loan in the very near future... this brings to mind the old adage - and forgive me for being so cliche - that if they can't get it done, no one can.
