  I am recently divorced, and my divorce attorney recommended Brian Cohen and his firm when I needed to file for bankruptcy. My finances were left a complete shipwreck from the divorce, and my ex fought me tooth and nail to pay as little in support as possible. The aftermath of all this was I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy. Not only had Brian Cohen come highly recommended from my attorney, but a neighbor had used him for her bankruptcy several years ago and was very pleased with the result and Brian in particular. I must say they were spot on with their recommendations. Brian was everything that an attorney should be - utterly professional, compassionate, and above all else, honest to a fault. All his advice was tailored for nothing other than my best interests (I know that's what you'd expect, but we all know a lot of lawyers are more concerned with what's in their best interests rather than their clients). Not Brian. I can honestly say that I would trust him with my life, that's how great he was from start to finish. If this review hasn't helped you decide to hire Brian for your bankruptcy, then maybe this will - He's the B-E-S-T!!! How's that?

  My bankruptcy case involved a seriously upside down investment property in Florida. I am indebted to and grateful for Attorney Brian J. Cohen and his help in getting me out of that mess. Not only did Brian advise and guide me through one of the most terrifying experiences of my life…but he was kind and patient…while being very clever and smart about bankruptcy laws which I knew nothing about. Not once did I feel that Brian didn't have my best interest at heart. My case had the best possible outcome because of him. Once I met Brian I seriously began sleeping through the night again. I put my trust in him and he did not let me down. I would recommend Brian to my family and to people who really need legal assistance. In my opinion Brian is a skillful and top notch lawyer.

  It is very reassuring that there are till honest lawyers around. And Mr. Cohen is one of them. No pressure tactics. He laid out my options for me, and answered my all my questions about all the pros and cons of whether bankruptcy was right for me. I thanked him for his honesty and went home to mull everything over. And now I have decided I will call on Monday to make an appointment to start the process.
