  A little over 4 years ago, my husband was involved in a horrific auto accident, leaving him with permanent brain damage and paralysis. For 82 years of age, he was a very active man,, still working part time, doing all of our lawn work and all the many "handyman" household chores. That accident, turned his life and the entire family's lives upside down. Fortunately, the law firm of Kogan & DiSalvo to our rescue. They traveled across the entire state to make hospital visits and later made home visits to keep us informed every step of the way. Not only did they work diligently on our case, but the entire staff offered sincere words of encouragement and caring. This is just how they take care of their clients. Our case was settled quickly and out of court, allowing us every opportunity to find the best medical care available and comfortable home care, for my dear husband of 62 years, to this day.

  I have had several occasions to use the services provided by Kogan & DiSalvo and this firm continues to exceed my highest expectations. Not only are the attorneys knowledgeable, ethical, and caring, but the entire staff reflects a genuine concern for clients that goes far beyond the norm. Phone calls and e-mails are answered immediately. I have always been treated as though I were the most important client they have. They truly care about what is best for me and treat me with dignity, respect, kindness, and warmth. I am especially grateful to Monica, who has gone "above and beyond" to provide significant help, even though my case is closed, and I no longer live in Palm Beach County.
