- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Complete ripoff. Billed a $2.70 surcharge PER $9.80 book of 20 stamps ($12.50 per book); 27.5% extra!!!! $5.40 surcharge to hand us 2 books of USPS stamps!!! Not even places like Publix charges a fee!! I understand a store needing to make profit, and I would've gladly paid an extra $.50-1 per book for the convenience, but $5.40 for 2 is clearly excessive!!
