- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called at 4:50 to ask if they would allow me to make a deposit if I could be there at 5. They rudely told me that they closed at 5 and would not accommodate me this once. I told her I was less then 5 minutes away and that I could be there but it was going to cut it close and I needed this deposit to go in today. She told me she didn't care and that I'd have to wait. I explained that my mother worked for the bank, and I've been with the bank for over 15 years and I've never been treated so poorly and all she said was "I'm sorry but you're out of luck". Awful customer service and staff. The management is lacking and if it weren't for the branch on Hillsboro making this exception for me, I'd close all of my accounts because of this branches actions.By Rob Garland, April 10, 2017
