- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Aftet six years of using this post office, I finally had a decent experience with a new employee. Maybe this is the start of getting better, but so far it's been nothing but disappointing. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am astonished at the majority of poor reviews re this USPostal Store. I have lived in West Boca for 20+ years and have never had anything but exceptional, professional and friendly treatment from the employees there. We have multiple post office boxes, have shipped hundreds of packages and letters, and each experience is positive. Today, Clerk #03 not only efficiently helped me ship two packages, she went above and beyond to suggest money saving options that allowed packages to be shipped more rapidly and with extra insurance FOR LESS MONEY than what I originally budgeted for. Certainly people are entitled to their opinion, and while everyone has bad days, distastes waiting in lines, etc....I wanted to make certain that somebody also spoke up for the PEOPLE who really do care and perform their jobs admirably.
